Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Supply necessary website, hosting, domain, and marketing account access.
• Review submitted work within agreed timelines.
• Provide content, images, and branding materials when required.
• Ensure they have legal rights to all materials provided.

Project delays caused by missing client information may affect delivery timelines.

Payments

• Payments are due according to the agreed proposal or invoice.
• Certain projects require an advance payment before work begins.
• Monthly marketing services are billed in advance.
• Late payments may result in project delays or temporary suspension of services.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services:

• Payments for completed work are non-refundable.
• Deposits are non-refundable once project work has commenced.
• Monthly marketing and maintenance services are generally non-refundable after the billing period begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

• Clients receive ownership of the final approved deliverables unless otherwise stated.
• Design Flick Studio retains ownership of preliminary concepts, drafts, working files, proprietary tools, templates, internal processes, and methodologies.
• We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless a written confidentiality agreement states otherwise.

SEO and Marketing Disclaimer

Search engine algorithms and advertising platforms are controlled by third parties.

Accordingly:

• We do not guarantee specific keyword rankings.
• We do not guarantee traffic, leads, or sales.
• Marketing performance depends on numerous external factors including competition, website quality, budget, industry trends, and platform updates.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and use it only for purposes directly related to the project.

Limitation of Liability

Design Flick Studio shall not be liable for:

• Business interruption
• Loss of profits
• Data loss
• Third-party platform outages
• Search engine algorithm updates
• Hosting failures
• Domain-related issues outside our control
• Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Website Availability

While we strive to keep our website available at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, technical issues, or third-party service failures may occasionally affect availability.

Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing services by providing written notice according to the service agreement.

Outstanding invoices remain payable after termination.
